For event organizers
Give every attendee a crew before day one.
People who RSVP alone ask Bridgit for companions. We match them into small groups by interests and plans, and open a group chat, so they arrive knowing someone.
Sound familiar?
Great turnout on paper. Half the room standing alone.
“People RSVP, then skip it because they don’t know anyone going.”
Solo attendees are the first to drop out between the RSVP and the door.
“Networking time goes to people who already know each other.”
Icebreakers and name tags don’t give a newcomer a group to walk in with.
“We only find out who connected from the survey, weeks later.”
You need to see interest and groups forming while you can still act on it.
How it works
Three steps from RSVP list to crews.
We set up your event
We open your organizer account and your public event page. From then on you publish and edit events yourself, with a QR poster and a share link for every one.
Attendees ask for companions
Anyone going taps “Find companions”. Bridgit groups them by interests, distance, age and language, and opens a group chat for each crew.
You watch the funnel
Detail views, interest, companion requests and matches formed, live on your dashboard. Aggregate only: attendees keep their privacy.
